Americana has been a Capitol Hill brunch destination and dinner favorite for the past seven years. The menu takes classic American comfort food to a whole new level with weekly specials, seasonal ingredients, and innovative recipes made from scratch, just like good ol’ home cookin.’Join us for happy hour, weekend brunch, daily dinner, and delicious drinks, including our house boozy milkshake!

MEET THE CHEF

Executive chef Jeffrey “Cheffrey” Wilson brings an accomplished background and diverse culinary interests to his menu at Americana. A native of the South, Wilson trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America and then moved to New York City upon graduating to pursue his career. Working in culinary hot spots such as the ’21’ Club and Battery Gardens and as the executive chef at Gramercy 24 exposed Wilson to the diverse gastronomical delights the city had to offer, helping develop his unique sensibility. After 10 years of working in the fast pace of New York, Wilson and his wife decided to move to Seattle to enjoy a different rhythm of life. Table 219 hired him to develop the menu, and he became a partner shortly thereafter. Four years later, he is now sole owner and has made the restaurant his own with menu enhancements, a remodel, and a name change. Wilson looks forward to the future of Americana with excitement about the menu and the energy from the surrounding community.
