A Note From the Chef:

Three and a half years ago I was brought on to develop a menu for Table 219, the vision of owners Stacey Hettinger and Gary Snider. As chef I created new American style dishes inspired by the melting pot of cultures that has helped form the cuisine that we’ve come to know as “Americana,” while reinventing the term as I went along. Now as sole owner I wanted to utilize the same great menus I had previously established, while creating an environment that better reflects the historical space that we are in. I’ve chosen a name that emphasizes the style of food and sense of nostalgia that inspires me.

So, welcome to Americana – welcome to my passion!
